Fans of Girls’ Generation who are still moaning the sudden departure of popular member Jessica Jung got a taste of the original nine-member lineup recently.

A music video of the group’s latest hit Catch Me If You Can that feature all original nine members – including Jung – surfaced online.

Billboard magazine reported that based on the girls’ hairstyles, that music video was likely shot before Jung’s “still-not-fully-explained” departure on Sept 30 last year.

YouTube commenters said after the shocking dismissal of Jung, the remaining eight members are likely to have re-filmed the video as the final version of the clip saw the girls sporting new hairstyles.

Meanwhile, the surprise Catch Me If You Can video featuring Jung has been removed, although some fans have attempted to re-upload it several times on YouTube.
