Academy Award winner Patricia Arquette will receive the prestigious Crystal Nymph Award at the 55th Monte Carlo Television Festival this month, it has been announced.
The actress, who won an Academy Award this year for her role in Boyhood, will receive the honour at the Festival’s Opening Ceremony this weekend.
The award is presented to a major international television actor to recognise a stellar body of work. As well as her multiple film credits, Arquette’s TV roles include that of Avery Ryan in the CBS series CSI Cyber, the latest installment of the CSI franchise.
Other previous credits for Arquette include Medium, Boardwalk Empire, Wildflower, Bringing Out The Dead, Stigmata, Ed Wood, Flirting With Disaster, Human Nature and True Romance. – AFP Relaxnews
