There is good news for travellers who love to go on cruises. Star Cruises’ SuperStar Gemini is coming back to Malaysia next month.

The popular cruise ship by Genting Cruise Lines will be based in Malaysia from Nov 5 to April 28, 2019 as part of its plan to offer better and more cruise products for guests in the region.

If you’re wondering what to do during the next school break, year-end vacation, New Year celebration or festive holiday, how about going on a cruise?

The 13-storey SuperStar Gemini will sail through the well-connected travel hubs of Port Klang, Penang and Langkawi in Malaysia, as well as Phuket in Thailand.

A destination on board

What are the advantages of going on a cruise?

“You’ll get amazing destinations in a series of cruise itineraries on board one amazing cruise ship. The cruise ship itself is a destination that is not to be missed. It is a floating resort that will add non-stop fun, excitement and relaxation to your entire journey and holiday, while cruising on the open seas to exotic destinations,” says Star Cruises president Ang Moo Lim.

“You don’t need to go through the hassle of conventional travelling – the packing and unpacking, the hotel arrangements, the airport transfers and other transportation arrangements for the various destinations – because it is all covered in a cruise holiday. The seamless, affordable, and all-inclusive experience will bring you directly from one destination to the next in Malaysia and Thailand, ” he adds.
