A nun and an Irish police officer were spotted enjoying a game of “keepy uppy” recently on the streets of Limerick, southwest Ireland.
According to An Garda Síochána, the Irish police force that shared the video, the game followed a chance encounter between the Dominican Order nun and Garda O’Connell of Henry Street Community Policing Unit.
Both were attending the Our Lady of Limerick Triduum and Festival held from May 25 to 27 at the St. Saviour’s Dominican Church.
‘Keepy-uppy’ is game in which players try and keep a football off the ground without using their hands or arms.
“We’re not sure who won this time, a rematch will have to be scheduled,” An Garda Síochána said on their Facebook page. – Reuters
