Not only was Wan Zaleha known as a popular TV3 newscaster back in the 1980s, she’s an accomplished equestrian, earning a bronze medal at the South-East Asian Games in 1995 and a silver medal in the Asian Games in 1998. Wan Zaleha and her husband started Asiapromote Ventures Sdn Bhd, a company which organises equestrian events.
After making a name for himself as the country’s top comedian and actor, Zizan is set to conquer the race track.
The 32-year-old, who is currently taking lessons from race driver Keifli Othman, is preparing for his first competition next month. “This isn’t just a hobby, but I see this as a new profession for me,” he tells Utusan Malaysia.
