Accessibility is key for Clarins as they open the world’s first retail kiosk in Malaysia at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya.
Occupying a floor space of 55.7 sq m (600 sq ft), this kiosk offers a unique retail concept focused on an immersive client experience, a 360° approach to beauty.
Designed by the in-house design team from Paris, the retail concept houses its full range of skincare, make-up, body and men’s products.
“Malaysia is the first in the world to have a retail kiosk. The idea behind this new retail concept demonstrates our desire to focus and listen to our customers, and make them feel comfortable and pampered. Our beauty advisors are dedicated to finding the right product for each customer, ensuring that every visit is a positive and fun experience,” said Gillian Tyo, GM of Clarins Malaysia and Singapore, in a press statement.
At the heart of the digitally-integrated retail kiosk is Clarins’ exclusive concept of an “Open Spa” featuring result-oriented facials tailored with personalised skin consultations. Open to both men and women, the facials merge Clarins’ spa techniques with innovative formulas and take just 30 minutes.
The Travel Zone has been created for travellers and workout fans who want beauty-on-the-go travel-sized products and the Maternity Corner for mothers- to-be to discover a complete range of pregnancy care.
